Amanda is an OCB Pro bringing over 20 years of dance experience into her posing coaching. She’s worked in strength sports from every angle—as an athlete, coach, promoter, and gym owner. With certifications in nutrition, strength coaching, and yoga, plus a background in counseling, she helps athletes refine not just their physiques, but their mindset and stage presence.
